Legislative Mall is the beautiful green grassy area outside of Legislative Hall. It offers a moderately flat (except for tree roots) area where there is plenty of space for you to set up your tables and wares.
Set up will begin on October 19th 2025 at 7am. Please check in with the Vendor Volunteer to confirm your spot and respect all pre-reserved areas.
Plots are first come first serve however there is ample space for everyone in the four rows that we organize. Vendor plots are $50.00, $10.00 for non profit spots.
Water hookups are not available and generators are not permitted for non-food trucks.
Electricity is available upon request and limited. Approval is first come first serve.
Check with admin (see below) regarding demonstrations.
No politicians or political parties are permitted as non profit vendors.
No fire is permitted.
No permanent structures.
All non pre-packaged food vendors must have approval.
All goods and services are subject to Dover, DE laws, restrictions, and regulations.

Delmarva Pagan Pride Day is held at Legislative Mall on the green in Dover, DE.
The Festival will be held rain or shine.
There will be an area for temporarily unloading, you are responsible for your own setup and for checking in with our volunteer staff. The unloading zone must be vacated before 9 am for food trucks and packing up starts at 5 pm officially. Please be packed up before 6:30pm.
