Vendor Operations - Collects Jot form entries, organizes vendors, answers questions and books food vendors
Layout Manager - Create the Map of Placement, Manage Tent team
Band & Entertainment Manager - Books band and organizes travel plans and sound equipment needs
Day Management - On call to solve problems and direct teams
Advertising - Advertising Scheduling, Bios released
Clerk - Insurance and Permits - Kat O'Grady Melson
Security Manager - Patrols and/or Coordinates patrolling detail
Tent Team - 4 (min) set up - 4 (min) clean up - 20 lbs lifting and mobility
NAL Library - 4 (min) set up - 4 (min) clean up (can be same as tents)
Presenter & Entertainment assistants- 2 (min) babysitting stands and distributing water and snacks/PA
Information Desk Staff
- Set up & Vendor Check in's 7am - 10 am
- Guest Services, Food Collection, and Raffle tickets 10am - 1pm
- Guest Services and Raffle tickets 1pm - 4 pm
- Guest Services and Clean Up 4pm - 6pm (ish)
