Welcome Vendors

Please use this page as your resource to see what additional paperwork and information we need for Pagan Pride Day 2025. 

•  Set up times are starting at 7am and spots are first come first serve however, we have a total of 4 rows which allow your customers plenty of opportunity to browse no matter where you set up. 
• Tents are welcome as long as they are temporary structures.
• This paperwork may be submitted at any time before the event. 
• Your payment covers a spot that will fit about 3 to 4 tables depending on your set up - just contact me if you have more - please do not automatically pay for two spots. 
• All vendors are subject to the rules and regulations of The City of Dover up to and including items sold, personal dress, pets, and permits required. Please also consider that this is a family friendly event and children may be present. The children’s tent is located near the Restrooms and Registration desk. 
• This form is not for Food Vendors - please contact DelmarvaPPD@gmail.com or use our website contact function at delmarvepaganprideday.org to find the appropriate form. 
• Once payment is received your spot is confirmed. Your paypal receipt is your confirmation - If you pay by check or money order you can contact us to confirm receipt at DelmarvaPPD@gmail.com - please allow time for response. 
• Please remember that this event is run by volunteers and not a dedicated staff, We appreciate you patience throughout the year as we answer questions and address concerns throughout the year.
